The Hills Club - Masterplan

Baulkham Hills, Sydney

The masterplan for The Hills Club was centred around creating a new community focused mixed-use development that ensured the logevity of The Hills Club on the site and placed the Club at the heart of the development within the Baulkham Hills Town Centre. The masterplan focused on a strategic vision for the Town Centre which provided a world class bowling facility, new bowling club with function, f&b, gaming and sports facilities with a residential and seniors living component centred around a large green open space.
