New Town Thai is a vibrant, relaxed and modern Thai dining space in the heart of West HQ. Altis Architecture worked successfully with the client to see their vision to completion. The design narrative was, nature vs chaos (the vibrancy of Thai city life). The design team opted for natural traditional design elements, timbers, custom screens, the use of rattan, and earth tones highlighted in the mosaic flooring. This was coupled with an appropriation of modern city life in Bangkok; vibrant colours, custom graphics and greenery.
